Inviting New Users

Invite new users to your Songtradr Studio account.

You can invite new users to your Songtradr Studio account, granting them access to your organization's account and its tools.

To begin inviting new users to your account, begin by selecting the circular profile icon, located at the top righthand side of the main Studio toolbar (pictured below).

Once you've clicked, you will see a dropdown menu (pictured below). From this menu, select Manage Team.

Selecting Manage Team will then take you to the Roles & Permissions screen. This allows you to manage users on your organization's Songtradr Studio account, including pending invitations and permissions allowing module access for individual users.

To invite new users, click on the orange Invite members button, located on the far right side of the Manage members tab.

You will then be taken to an Invite members window, containing a dialog box where you can enter email addresses for users you'd like to invite. Enter the email address for the user you wish to invite and click Next.

You can also invite multiple users simultaneously. To do this, hit the enter key after typing each individual email address. Keep typing addresses and entering accordingly until you're satisfied with the list of users being invited.

Once you've completed your individual user email address or list of user emails, click the Next button in the bottom right corner of the popup window to continue.

You can set the exact module permissions of the users you are inviting by checking module boxes for the applicable roles (pictured below).

Once you have added all relevant email addresses to the Invite members window and have set permissions accordingly, click Send Invite to complete the invitation process.

The users listed will then receive a welcome email invitation at the email addresses provided, complete with instructions on how to activate their account access.
